Take advantage of all the opportunities presented to you. Take classes because they interest you, not because your friends are in the. Don’t be afraid to try new things!
There are so many ways to utilize the services this school offers! Look into everything and take the opportunities while they are there. You’d be surprised how far it can push you ahead!
Do not procrastinate in your grad year. Procrastination can out you in a stressful position as well as make life harder for others. That being said, don’t forget to enjoy yourself along the way. Be sure to pay attention to what’s happening so you stay on top of deadlines, grad events or spirit days. Participate whenever you can because you only get one shot at your grad year (hopefully) and the events and fundraisers are a great way to bond with your grad class and raise money for a successful prom.
Get involved in extracurricular activities, and try our different athletic teams. If you don’t get involved you won’t know what is out there.
Get involved! While in high school I prided myself in being involved in sports and in leadership and it made my years more enjoyable.
Keep your eyes on the prize! Fight your urge for adventure and stay focused on getting the good grades. Your chance for a good time will be so much greater if you graduate knowing you tried your very hardest.

Take all the classes you may possibly need, so you don’t get stuck in a stressful and difficult situation in and when you change your mind about what you want to do for post-secondary education.
At the end of the year you should look back at your thoughts and opinions twelve months before and find them quaint. If not, you probably didn’t read or explore or work hard enough.
Keeping organized in high school is the key to success. Pick courses that you will enjoy spending your time in, and make the most of the time you have while you can still be a kid.
Never underestimate yourself. You can accomplish more than you know!

Take the time to figure out who you are, follow your passions and stay focused on achieving your goals. Surround yourself with people that better you and laugh often! Above all else, aim to be happy.

You must treasure the time at KSS. You should let yourself join in on everything in the school. Don’t forget your time in high school. In a few years you will realize that it was one of the best times in your life. Just do everything; just try everything.
